Dear Residents and Neighbors,

We are honored and excited to be launching a new cafe in the retail space of 4 Blue Slip. We will be preparing a full menu of fresh products for your convenience, as well as a full selection of your favorite caffeinated (and decaffeinated) beverages.

If, during construction, you have questions, concerns or complaints, please bring these directly to our attention using the information posted above. We take the role of being a good neighbor seriously, and we want to do every reasonable thing possible to make the inconvenience of construction as minimal for you as possible.

As per NYC Department of Building requirements, we have both a Tenant Protection Plan and a Safe Construction Bill of Rights filed with the city. These documents specify how we propose to work, and how we are required to work, through the course of activities. We are also required to keep printed copies of these documents available for anyone who asks. If you require copies, just visit us while we're working.

We ask that you also do your best to extend us a bit of leeway. Building a business to serve our neighbors is an intensive, but temporary, activity. The faster we finish, the faster we launch, and the sooner you'll have fresh, yummy convenience available.
